Responsibilities

  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Assist in the maintenance of customs records, including import and export documents, and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customs Procedures: Learn and apply customs procedures and regulations, supporting the proper clearance of goods and the prevention of smuggling and fraud.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with customs officers and other relevant stakeholders in customs-related activities and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in data analysis and reporting to identify trends, irregularities, and areas for improvement in customs operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to clients and importers/exporters, addressing their queries and concerns related to customs processes.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in customs and international trade.
