- Recipe Formulation: Assist in developing and optimizing recipes, incorporating a balance of taste, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Support our quality control processes, conducting sensory evaluations and assisting in troubleshooting product-related issues.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences to contribute valuable insights to product development.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all research and development activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within RCL Foods, such as marketing, production, and procurement, to ensure seamless product development processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Strong passion for food and a keen interest in food product development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus.
