Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects spanning various departments such as marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, research & development, and more.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and recommendations for optimizing business processes and driving performance.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Actively contribute to team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
  • Engage in networking opportunities with peers, mentors, and senior leaders within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
  • Pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, finance, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for consumer goods, innovation, and driving positive change.
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
