This learnership program is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and comprehensive training in various aspects of pharmacy operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy staff in dispensing medication accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dispensary area and pharmacy shelves.
- Learn and adhere to pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulations governing pharmaceutical practice.
- Participate in educational sessions and training modules to enhance knowledge and skills related to pharmacy operations.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, and restocking shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science as subjects (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medication.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- South African citizenship or permanent residency.
